SUPERSTITIONS

The superstition posters are a series centered around the role of hair in old superstitions. The poster use old etchings and recombine them in a way intended t make the point of the superstition easily understood. The typography on the posters use various scripts each chosen to because of formal characteristics that go along with each superstition. The Shipwreck poster uses affair script which has a floating water like feel to it. The headache poster uses buffet script which emulates a winding strand. The beards poster uses burges script which has a sharp whisker like feel to it.
